Mad Fresh Bistro Food Review
This place is mad good! The food at the Mad Fresh Bistro in Fort Myers offers a new unique casual French flavor. This little hidden gem is tucked away next to Bell Tower Shops on Cleveland Avenue. We loved the laid back, modern atmosphere of Mad Fresh Bistro. I ordered the Normande flatbread (Crème fraiche, caramelized onions, bacon, mozzarella), my brother ordered the quinoa salad (baby spinach,tomato, bell pepper, walnut), and my boyfriend ordered the Parisian burger (Prime Angus topped with bacon & brie & caramelized onions, tarragon aioli) with a side of truffle fries. YUM! The food was terrific and we enjoyed every last bit of it. The truffle fries are the classic starter for you to share with your friends. The burger has thick slices of brie for a refreshing twist for all of the burger lovers.

Mad Fresh Bistro Atmosphere
The Mad Fresh Bistro offers a setting with positive energy and excitement. Although the inside is a little small, it doesn’t feel too crammed because of the layout. You can get a view of the kitchen and watch how your food is being made if you decide to sit at the counter. The server was friendly and informative of the unique style menu. If you choose to sit outside, you can always bring your canine friend to accompany you while you eat.
